KHOJ 2026 — Terms & Conditions

1 Eligibility

1. KHOJ 2026 is open to students studying in the eligible classes as specified in the official KHOJ 2026 notification.
2. Students must provide accurate personal, academic, and contact information during registration.
3. IIT Ashram reserves the right to verify the information submitted and reject any application containing false or misleading details.

2 Registration

1. Registration is valid only after successful submission of the registration form.
2. Each student may register only once. Multiple registrations may lead to cancellation of all registrations.
3. Registration does not guarantee a scholarship. Scholarships are awarded strictly based on the prescribed evaluation criteria.

3 Examination

1. Students must report to the examination venue or log in for the online examination as per the allotted schedule.
2. A valid Hall Ticket and School ID/Photo ID must be produced whenever required.
3. Students must follow all examination instructions. Any unfair means, impersonation, misconduct, or malpractice will result in immediate disqualification.
4. The decision of IIT Ashram regarding examination conduct and evaluation shall be final.

4 Scholarship Rules

1. Scholarships are awarded solely at the discretion of IIT Ashram based on the student's performance and the applicable scholarship policy.
2. Scholarship percentages or amounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Scholarships are applicable only for eligible IIT Ashram courses and are subject to the institute's admission policies.
4. Scholarship benefits cannot be combined with any other scholarship, discount, concession, or promotional offer unless specifically approved by IIT Ashram.
5. Scholarship benefits are valid only for the admission period specified by IIT Ashram.

5 Phase-wise Evaluation

1. Students appearing only in KHOJ Phase 1 and selected for Phase 2 but not appearing in Phase 2 shall remain eligible for a scholarship based on their Phase 1 performance.
2. Students not selected for Phase 2 shall automatically become eligible for evaluation through the ACST process, as per IIT Ashram policy.
3. Students registered directly for Phase 2 who remain absent on their allotted examination date may appear on the next scheduled KHOJ examination date (offline or online), subject to slot availability and approval by IIT Ashram.

6 Results

1. Scholarship results shall be declared on the dates announced by IIT Ashram.
2. IIT Ashram reserves the right to revise results in case of any technical, clerical, or evaluation error.
3. The institute's decision regarding merit, ranking, scholarship percentage, and eligibility shall be final and binding.

7 Admission

1. Scholarship does not guarantee admission.
2. Admission shall be subject to seat availability, document verification, fee payment, and fulfillment of all admission requirements.
3. Scholarship benefits shall lapse if admission is not completed within the prescribed timeline.
4. After seeking special permission from IIT Ashram Management, if a student appears multiple times for scholarship tests, then the latest scholarship will be considered for admission.

8 Privacy & Communication

1. By registering, the student and parent/guardian consent to IIT Ashram collecting and processing personal information for registration, examination, admission, scholarship processing, and academic communication.
2. IIT Ashram may communicate through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other official communication channels regarding KHOJ, admissions, courses, events, and academic updates.
3. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and IIT Ashram's privacy practices.

9 Use of Student Information

1. IIT Ashram may use photographs, videos, names, scores, achievements, testimonials, and academic results of scholarship recipients or participants for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes without any compensation.
2. Students or parents may request exclusion from promotional use wherever applicable, subject to IIT Ashram's approval.

10 Changes & Cancellation

1. IIT Ashram reserves the right to modify examination dates, venues, schedules, scholarship criteria, eligibility, examination pattern, or these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary.
2. IIT Ashram may cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify any stage of KHOJ 2026 due to unforeseen circumstances or administrative requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

IIT Ashram shall not be responsible for any technical issues, internet failures, natural calamities, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control affecting the conduct of KHOJ 2026.

12 Final Authority

All decisions regarding eligibility, examination, evaluation, scholarship, admission, interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, and any disputes shall rest solely with IIT Ashram and shall be final and binding on all participants. These terms are consistent with IIT Ashram's existing admission and scholarship policies.
